You forgot a most crucial nickname for Sebastian - Sea Bass! xD

While nicknames are fun I actually prefer the full name. My children are Victoria and Michael without nicknames.

Nicknames are a sign of affection. Have your children been given nicknames by friends or family members?

As far as Elizabeth goes, you left out the classic nn's of Liza and Beth. I guess in today's world those are dated, but they are what I would choose.

Also, funny story- my daughter is Natalie. I originally thought her nn could be Ali but definitely not Nat. Well, NO one ever latched on to the Ali idea and she does get called Nat by a few. Oh well!

SO many amazing options for Elizabeth I couldn’t fit! I particularly adore Beth because of Little Women.

Truly, you didn't even make a dent!

I didn't see Bess or Bessie ...or Liz, the most common of all.

Lilibet was used long before Harry converted it into a first name!

If you had named her Alexandra, Alexandria, Alison, Aletha, Althea, Alyssa or Alexa, I'm sure you would have had a little Ali!

I would call her Tallie. It's lovely, a bit unusual, and does give a clue as to what her given name actually is!

Unfortunately, with our last name beginning with A, I could not name her any of those. Allison/Alyssa would have been nn'd Ali, but I think I would have shortened to Lexi had I gone with Alexandra. Honestly, we had so many great choices it was hard to narrow it down even w/o using A first names!

My daughter Kiersten chose Kit as a nickname at age 7...but when she went off to college she reverted to Kiersten when meeting new people. So she's Kit to everyone she knew before the age of 18 & Kiersten to everyone she met after.

We have an Eva, short for Evangeline, and a Remi, short for Remington. I'm very pleased with the names we chose!

You should do nicknames for Evangeline.

You missed Lizzy for Elizabeth.
